Hours are charged in 15 minute increments for each interpreter sent on assignment
Monday thru Friday – 8am-6pm with 24+ hour notice
Monday thru Friday – 6pm-8am, Weekends, & Holidays with 24+ hour notice
Any day or time with less than 24 hour notice *
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the appointment or the full appointment will be charged.
If an interpreter on their way to the appointment or is on-site and the appointment is cancelled and/or one or more consumers do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the interpreter must leave and the full time plus the interpreter’s drive time will be billed.
Payment Policy is as follows:
The Client shall pay the Provider for services rendered according to the Hourly Rates and Cancellation Policy within 30 calendar days of the date on any invoice for services rendered from the Provider.
Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified in any invoice within 30 calendar days of the invoice’s date, a late fee equal to $50 shall be added to the amount due and interest of 10 percent per annum shall accrue from the 31st calendar day following the invoice’s date.
